Where did December go?

Well, it is somehow January 2011.  I made it through the December issue of Bon Appetit without posting a single blog entry.  It was quite a month preparing for Christmas, working, and making the sometimes-elaborate meals from the magazine.  There were nights that I stayed up cooking until midnight, so I hope you can forgive the lack of blog posts.  I'll try to catch up over the next week.  In order to do that quickly I am going to leave out the time and cost estimates at the end of the posts.  If you have questions about a specific meal, don't hesitate to ask.
